The Lightwell Building, formerly known as City Center Square, is a 30- story Class A office tower in the heart of downtown Kansas City. In early 2019 Somera Road purchased City Center Square with plans to renovate the outdated, yet iconic building. Hank joined AREA in 2017 and works to represent and advise tenants and landlords in the KC area. He is involved with First Tee of Greater Kansas City- a youth development organization teaching young people positive values such as honesty, integrity, sportsmanship and confidence while using the game of golf as a tool and with Youth Ambassadors- an educational, not-for-profit employment program designed to empower undeserved youth with the knowledge that they as teenagers have a vital voice.

Parking is on 11^th Street just west of Main Street. The entrance is on the left-hand side of 11^th Street. Pull into the garage (no tickets) and the attendant in the red booth will help you park.  Then take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
