 Michael T. Lanning, CPM^®

Mike Lanning is Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Cushman & Wakefield in Kansas City, MO, where he currently oversees an approximately 10 million-square-foot office, medical office, retail, and industrial portfolio, in addition to leading new business and professional development for the property management division. Mike has come a long way since his junior property manager days, completing over 1.3 million square feet of office leasing transactions in the past five years, with a total value exceeding $300 million.

Even with all of his professional accomplishments, Mike is most proud of his involvement with IREM^® and is currently serving as IREM’s 2017 President.  He received his CPM^® designation in 1995 and is a long-time member of IREM’s Kansas City Chapter. The road from CPM^® to IREM^® President has been filled with numerous local and national leadership positions, education, growth -- and most importantly, friendships. Lanning knows firsthand that being engaged in the industry, and in IREM^®, can provide unlimited rewards.

Starting in March 2016, ifmaKC will no longer provide a “Pay at the Door” option for Program Meetings.  Please continue to use a *PayPack (the pre-paid meeting voucher) or Pay Online with Credit Card.

Registration Deadlines:

Due to catering order requirements, registrations/RSVPs must be received by (or canceled by) 12:00 noon on the Friday before the meeting. (48 business hours before the Program Meeting). Cancellations not received by the deadline will be charged/billed for the meeting.
If your registration is not received by the deadline, we will not be able to provide you with food or drink. We do, however, encourage you to attend. To do so, join us and pay the regular program fee at the door by cash or check and join us at the meeting.
